As long as the condom didn't break then no you shouldn't get pregnant though I don't quite understand how you have sex by mistake? I only mention this because if you were pressured in to it then perhaps it is something that needs to be reported, if on the other hand you were drunk or something at least you had the presence of mind to ensure that a condom was used.
