I was infected with chlamydia by my ex boyfriend, I got tested and treated right there With the 4 antibiotic pills, I stupidly had drunk sex about 5-6 days later and didn’t use protection. What are the chances of my partner getting it or me still having it?

You are vulnerable when under the influence. Please remember that alcohol clouds your judgement in a very vulnerable way. Are you aware of the fact firstly then ask your doctor about your Sexual health.

So the sex you had 5-6 days later, was that with your ex, or your current partner ? hopefully the treatment will have worked , but the only way of being sure is to repeat the test 5 weeks from the end of treatment .

It was a new partner who hadn’t been infected

Ok well if it was a new person, I would always check they have had sexual health screening. Also hope you are covered for contraception.
