How can I make my balls stop throbbing pain 247

Had a long time problem been for scans and am not convinced it's what they say it is iv been told it's a Veronica vain or the simler on in my balls then I was told it was a sist am at the point where every single day am in pain it mite go away for a cupple hours but then it's right back it's in my left side feel like doing things resting on the vains and trying to make it stop is so uncomfortable but at this point am ready to cut it out all together.noticed lower pain in my belly and if I have a big meal I get horribal poo pains think it's all connected

Have you seen a urology doctor ? Or had a trial of antibiotics ? STI testing ? if yes to all of these three, then perhaps this should be managed as a chronic pain syndrome. Oh and an ultrasound or assessment of your abdomen ( not testes ) to rule out a hernia

I don't have a hearna iv already been opened up for not having one I won't risk sex not done that for years can't risk it more pain I do wank so I thought it could be me over doing that got some nice friction burn so it's could be that healing didn't help going to the doctor s they thought I had thush gave my cry that was like putting my hand in red hot oil it burns and blisters me stoped using it after that so many it could be side effects of that but the pain come and gose some days it's fine other days I have to walk start waling like a penguin iv trued so hard to ignore it but what's life if am always in pain difficult that what
