Can this just be yeast infection or I'm developing something else

Hi I'm 18 since lately I've been seeing light yellowish discharge now it's getting a bit browning it's thick but first it was like cottage cheese when it was yellowish, went to doctor got some antibiotics for yeast infection and now I don't feel any itching but still got the discharge ....can someone help mi under stand out this , could it mean the medications didn't help mi out or what

Did you get antibiotics or anti fungal medication from the doctor?

Yes yeast infections are treated by antifungals not antibiotics. You may have bacterial vaginosis which does indeed need antibiotics. If sexually active have you had a chlamydia test ?
