What is this thing on my penis?

I’ve had this slight bump on the head (I think the correct word is ‘Glans’) of my penis for a few weeks now.

I googled the characteristics and found out things like Lichen Planus, Lichen Sclerosus, Yeast Infections and other conditions; the thing is, I’ve never had sex and I haven’t experienced itchiness, pain or any other symptoms, so I’m very confused.

So please, if someone can help me identify what it is or tell me if i should worry about it, would really appreciate it.

I think this is Lichen Planus. I would attend a sexual health unit for assessment

Hi, yes it could be lichen Planus or lichen sclerosus you should consult with your doctor and possible referral to dermatologist or urologist. it's not something you should leave for long you should have it checked out.
