dots on penis

hi,

About 1,5 year ago I had unsave sex ( it was about durex disaster )

Since then I've notice a red dots on top of my penis. It's not smelly or swelling, you can't feel it with fingers it's just the color of the skin. I am a clean person in general and use hydrocortisone or clortimazole creams but it dosen't help. Any advise on this?

This penis looks entirely normal to me. If you have a particular area of concern, could you please highlight it.

cover with blotches ?! Maybe I am paranoid but it has some spots.
