My advice is to take a test in another few days time or even a week to make sure. As if you were to be pregnant the hcg levels may not be high enough yet to show.

Although your period being late that can happen when taking a pill or even if you a under more stress than normal.

If you want your mind a rest the best way is to go to gp with concerns and bloods will tell all

The line in the picture is extremely faint . It is possible it might be bleed through from the test line. All types of contraception, even taken perfectly, have a very small failure rate ( even sterilization ! ) So I would follow the other posters advice and retest even up to a week from now. Remember if you were pregnant and discover it early on you have more choices. .

well if I'm pregnant i gonna keep the baby for sure. i just wanted to wait 1 or 2 more year with my husband to make sure everything is fine when we have a baby. .....

Well that at least takes some of the pressure off. I would continue on your contraception ( it cant hurt a pregnancy ) and retest . The most sensitive test is a blood test via the GP but getting an apt may take longer than a week !
