Hello,
If I was to catch Chlamydia through sex, then have unprotected sex within less than 24 hours with another person, would it still be possible to spread to the 2nd person or does it take some time before the infection becomes contagious

You'll learn
It's possible. Best thing to do is tell them and I'm sure they'll be understanding. Then they can get treated too.
