So this bump like those others in the photo have been here for idk how long but they've been there and I don't wanna think it's genital herpes or anything I hope they are cysts or something please help me find out what these are I've only had sex once and she doesn't have hiv.

I’m not a doctor but look like Sabaceous Cyst to me, but get it checked out so it can be treated if needs be, usually sabaceous csyts go on their own

Definitely look like sebaceous cysts to me, but if you're concerned, OP, a doctor can help you bring them down 🙂

You say you don't know how long they have been there, so if they were there before you had sex you can rule that out. If you think they have been there for more than one month then see a Doctor you could be worrying for nothing.

Agreed I think they are sebaceous cysts, sexual health clinic for assessment if worried
