I had a Chlamydia test 11 months ago and the results came back negative. I have recently started having symptoms that are similar to chlamydia and I am worried that the results may have been false. I was tested two weeks after sexual contact and I haven't had a new partner since.
Any info/advice would be great.

False positive rates are very low. You may be able to order a free online test if you are in the UK. As the other poster said, what symptoms are you having ?
