This past week several spots have appeared on my genitals, I haven’t had sex in around 2 months and don’t know what this could be and I’m really scared

There is a wide differential for this rash. It could be a genital skin condition but I would ensure you have a syphilis test. You need to attend a sexual health unit for assessment
