Spot on my dick

I have this huge red spot on my bellend as well as a few skin colour spots on other places of my dick should i see a doctor

Yes there are multiple possibilities. Herpes simplex, syphilis , a skin condition. Your pic is out of focus so its difficult to tell. Please attend a sexual health service.

Yup. It was nothing but that i do to much sports and i sweat because of that so the hygiene was giving me spots.I got given cream and got told to change my shaver after every use and make sure my my area is dry after taking shower's as that was the main cause of it.
