Hey, I was just wondering, when you go back to the doctors or a sexual health clinical for your first review after starting the pill (so after your first 3 months/packs), do they re weigh you aswell as taking your blood pressure again ?

I have been on the pill for almost 6 months now and after my first 3 months they only checked my blood pressure cause before I started my blood pressure was a little lower than expected never once had my weight checked I guess you could ask them to check your weight if you want them to

When I got a repeat of my pill she took my blood pressure, asked if I was happy on that pill & asked my weight. It’s just a general check up ☺️

Yes it is usually standard practice to check your weight and body mass index, this is more as a measure for your blood clot risk
