I Recently Started Having Skin Problems With My Penis And I’m Scared. I’ve Googled A lot Of Stuff And It Doesn’t Seem Like An STD But I’m Still Worried... Anyone Else Have This Problem

I am not aware of this problem though perhaps you should visit your local sexual health clinic or GP and ask them to have a look especially if it is painful. It could be a reaction to something you have eaten/drunk or even just heat spots if you have been wrapping up because of the cold weather.
