Chlamydia

I found out I got chlamydia. I have only slept with the same person, and not done anything with anybody else. He claims the same also.

I recently had an abortion, and did anal with him.

Has he slept/ done something with somebody else then passed to me?

Can you get it from just bacteria? Eg abortion, antibiotics?

Hi,

Chlamydia is sexually transmitted and can be passed on through anal sex. It could infect your bum or the vagina from anal sex.

You cannot get it from having an abortion, or from taking antibiotics.

Make sure you and your partner finish a full week of antibiotics before having sex again as it will pass back to you otherwise
