What are these bumps on my penis head?

What are these and can i get rid of them they don't itch or anything there just their and look disgusting

Hi,

It's difficult to tell from the picture whether this is normal glandular skin seen normally on the penis, or whether it is a skin rash. It looks unlikely to be a sexually transmitted infection. Go to your nearest sexual health clinic and get seen by a nurse or doctor trained in diagnosing this. They will probably be able to tell you immediately, and can also do a batch of tests, and if necessary refer you on to a specialist in skin problems in the genitals.
