Only on the sides on the inside of mouth
Herpes starts with blisters. There is a liquid inside that contains the virus. It grows and explodes giving you an ulcer. How long is this there? Usually Herpes evolves from blister to ulcer in one week. We can’t really tell. Watch the progression. Also if you had a doormant sensation there before the blister for sure could be herpes. Search for prodromal symptoms.
Hi I'd say not herpes, Don't know if you've ever had a cold sore on your mouth, well that's what herpes is. They come up as a blisters which tingles then get very sore , then crust over, usually lasts a couple of weeks. This is only as guess. but yours could be perioral dermatitis? That means a visit to your gp. dermatitis is usually an allergy. Have a think back are you using a new product t/paste, mouthwash cream etc. If you have a online consultation system with your gp's surgery, you could try that ... you might be able to upload a photo.
Failing that, don't know what it is, But it's not herpes.
My skins very sensitive as it is , I have a bad allergic to some fruits as well.
Hi. As your skin tends to be sensitive, it could be one of several things.
Because it's very itchy that suggests it may be some form of dermatitis. I see someone has suggested eruptive milia... which isn't normally itchy... however, as your skin tends to be very sensitive, there's always a possibility that it could be milia.
Either way, consult your gp, as I suggested, try an online consultation. If that's not available to you, you'll have to make a face to face appointment.
Please don't worry., I know it's unpleasant for you. You might try an antiseptic cream in between time, which may help to reduce the itchiness. Try to leave the area alone.
Another thought which struck me was, do you have a habit of using your thumb and fingers to touch the corners of your mouth, if so, you could be inadvertently transferring anything on your hands to your mouth. i.e. are you using some kind of hand sanitizer?... it could be something quite simple as that.. But rest assured, it's probably nothing serious.... just annoying.
Dear dj01355,
I think you may have a condition known as 'eruptive milia'. Check this on DermnetNZ or Google it. You should see a skin specialist to confirm the diagnosis. It's treatable but you'll need to get prescription cream for it. It's definitely NOT oral herpes.

Ah.. that maybe a possibility. A lot of cheap hand sanitizers don't contain enough alcohol to be effective and they can be artificially perfumed etc. Ideally it needs to contain about 65% alcohol... i.e. like medical grade. You may find wearing disposable gloves / handwashing a better option. Try not to touch your face... we all do it, me included!
Okay I’ll try! Thank you again
