How can I remove these bumps offf of my shaft and I’m afraid to have sex because I don’t want a girl think I’ve got a disease(never had sex).

They are not bumps but the roots of hair follicles and nothing to worry about, I serious doubt that anyone would think looking at your penis that you have a disease and if it was mentioned then you can explain that it is perfectly normal.

If you really are worried about it then you could go to your nearest sexual health clinic get checked out and ask them (then you can tell whoever that you have been checked and there is not a problem) or speak to your GP about it.
