The dot in firm but also tender and mildy sore. I have had it for a couple weeks but today I got more inflammed after having gone down for a while. I started using a different soap yesterday if that helps. I am 18 and a virgin too. UPDATE: Fluid discharge from small hole.

It could be friction but just go to the doctors and get it checked. They have seen it all before
If you sometimes shave around there, it could also be an ingrown hair. These can be slightly painful but easily solved. If it is, if you look closely you can usually see the hair growing inside the skin.
