Can you have a withdrawal bleed if you have got pregnant while on the pill? I have had it but I don’t want to start a new packet until I have a normal period, help?

Your question is not quite clear! However, I want to clarify that if you've got pregnant while on pills then the bleeding was indeed implantation and not withdrawal bleed. I assume that you're talking about getting your periods naturally post-partum...but you're not protected from changes of pregnancy against unprotected sex. So, you've got to be more careful if you're not on pills.
