Dry and a little sore

Recently coming out of one relationship and into another my sex life has increased a lot with activity. I’ve had unprotected sex 3 times and after about 5 days I’ve noticed that I’ve began to feel a little dry and itchy down below.

I've ordered an online test pack for STI’s however this won’t arrive until next week and want to know if someone especially had suffered from this as well? And if you have then should I be worried?
