Stopped taking POP, now having brown mucus discharge. Please help!

Hi there,

I stopped taking the progesterone pill Zeletta about 18 days ago after taking it for 4 months, and had a bleed that started the following day lasting about 5 days. However, for the last seven days I’ve been having slight cramps in my sides and lower back pain, and had lots of clear white discharge and some small amounts of brown-tinged cervical mucus. I’ve also had a ‘pulling’ feeling in my abdomen.

I did a pregnancy test today, 28 days after the last time I had sex, and it came back negative. Any idea what could be going on?

Thankyou xxx
