Hi - I’ve recently developed an itchy penis, and constant clear watery discharge (once had white discharge) from my penis and believe this could be an STI, (chlamydia?) I feel the need to pee more often and it smells a bit. Does this sound like chlamydia? I have been having unprotected sex with the same partner for the last few weeks and haven’t had sex with anyone else before, although she has. Can someone offer advice?

Itchiness and discharge...? Get yourself off to the doctor/GP or GUM clinic ASAP:
Yes, it could be chlamydia...
nhs.uk/conditions/chlamydia...
... although it could be other things, like gonorrhoea...
nhs.uk/conditions/gonorrhoe...
... or it could be a UTI... there are simply too many things it could be... get checked.
Think you need to see a doctor... it's quicker if you go via the GU clinic plus if any tests are needed they will do it there.
