constently needing to pee in morning

hey i'm confused been to the docs the other week to see if i had an infection and they told me i don't but i constently neeed to pee from when i wake up to like any time in the afternoon when it decides to stop its not sore or anything and its never alot... anyone got any ideas

Iv had the same thing for almost 5 years, I had pid whilst the doctors were diagnosing me with with ibs and other things. Finally they found the pid I got treated but now my bladder is worse than ever.. I wake up in pain every hour needing a very long wee then in afternoon I don't need to go at all. It's not a infection. It's a gynaecology problem. I'd ask for a referral to see a gynaecologist x

Don't know if this is going to help, but what and when are you drinking after you get up in the morning?... A lot of drinks and juices, fruits are bladder irritants. e.g. Tea and coffee even decaffeinated ones can be, also fruit juices especially citrus, lemons, grapefruits and oranges. Although a slice of lemon in hot water first thing is beneficial... if it irritates the bladder then it's not for you. .When I awake the first thing I do is have a drink, followed shortly by another... then I pee for ever!... Try herbal teas, ( not green tea), or something like redbush or just a small cup of boiled water. Try not to keeping going ... I know it's hard, but being conscious of the need to go, creates a vicious circle and before you know it, you develop 'frequency'.

If it's none of the above, then go back to the doctor.
