UTI or something worse?

I have been getting some symptoms for the past week, my parter is clear of sexual infections.

I have pain after urinating as if it is my ovaries but also spreads to my lower back seems to be worse at night/evenings. The pain is like a cramping but im not ovulating and not on my period

Im also getting a yellow discharge which is happening very frequently this worries me and makes me think it may not be a UTI.

I have a doctors appointment in a few days but this pain is getting worse and would like some advice.

Any ideas?

I've never had the discharge you've mentioned but everything else sounds very like a UTI. Usually if it's in the lower areas you get the pain after urinating down low as if your body is still trying to go. I've also had it higher with a kidney infection and if I hadn't of known better I'd have thought I was back in labour! Awful cramps making me think I'd be sick and lower back pain. If it's been a few days already and it's getting worse I would definitely see the doctor sooner than that.

Any luck at the Doctors? I think I jinxed myself as I replied then got a UTI myself this weekend but thankfully I seem to have been able to flush it through by drinking lots x
