I've been having burning pain down below for a few days and needing to wee more than usual. Earlier I coughed and I leaked..Any advice?

Drink lots of water. Take paracetamol for discomfort. If you get pain/aches in your lower back/kidney area go to your doctor. Any blood go to out of hours.

Urinary tract infections can make you feel awful, weary, sore etc.

Cystitis can be passing, so like I said earlier plenty of water and paracetamol for discomfort.

You could drop a specimen in to be sent off save going to an appt, then if here is an infection they can issue you antibiotics.

Best wishes 💗

I did have some pains in my back but they've gone now I keep drinking water. It's usually due to stress but I've got some sachets from Asda so I should be okay x

I get this problem all the time. It is so common but you get it either from perfumed soaps, baths, the wrong kind of washing powder or washing down there too much. You just need to realise what is triggering it. I would recommend you always go and wee after having sex too. If you still get it, try CanesOasis sachets of cranberry drink for Cystitis, I swear by them :)

I've got some of the sachets from Asda and I keep drinking water so I should be alright. Thank you for your help :)

What brought this on? Did you have unprotected sex recently? A bad meal? Food poisoning? food contamination, when ingested, can infect the bladder. ie. Coliform bacteria.

Could be urinary tract infection. They're caused by bacteria, I recommend always going for a pee after sex, using natural soaps down below and being careful with certain washing powders etc. They can be very painful, especially when you finish going for a pee, and may sting quite a bit. You may find you pee a little more often too.

However, if you go to see a doctor, which I advise you do, they should give you antibiotics to treat it, amoxicillin may help. Drink plenty of water and take paracetamol if you feel that much discomfort, you may also feel tired, and/or weary. Xoxo
