Miscarriage

I had my last period on 28tn Nov 16

Took a pregnancy test on the 5th Jan 17 and it said I was pregnant, took one a day after aswell. Went to my nurse had she took my pee and blood on the 26th Jan 17

Went for my 12 week scan the 21st Feb 17 and got told the sac was empty.

I started bleeding on the 22nd Feb 17 and still am today.

Is this me miscarring now or my new period cycle? Should I go to the doctors to get check before I start trying again or am I good to start trying when I stop bleeding?
