Drink lots of water. This will lower the acidity of your pee and that will stop it from stinging as much. HTH

Drink Lots of water and unsweeented cranberry juice. or plant tincture uva-ursi

If it hurts so much whilst you pee take some painkillers and I know it should strange but pour water down there whilst peeing it will help

Don't hold it in get rid of the bacteria

Avoid all irritants like caffeine spice alcohol

1tsp of baking soda diluted in lots of water will immediately alkaline your body too
