Lot of pain!

I went to the docs last Thursday to get checked with genital warts. The doc confirmed it was and gave me cream to use and also took swabs for thrush since I was having a lot of discharge. Results came back on Monday and yes I have thrush and have tested positive for chlamydia. I took the two pills given but an hour later I was sick so the tablets aren't in my system anymore so I need to pick up another dose tomorrow. My vagina lips (hope this is the right word!) are really sore and seem to have little cuts on them. I can barely go for a pee without crying in pain and I really want to know if it's the chlamydia?? Please help me as I'm in so much pain!

The good news is that chlamydia is easy to treat. Since it’s bacterial in nature, it’s treated with antibiotics. Azithromycin is an antibiotic usually prescribed in a single, large dose, but the dose may also be spread out over 5 days. Doxycycline is an antibiotic that must be taken twice per day for about one week.best times thesunshines1

The cuts are not going to be thu chlamydia that will be caused bk something else! Hope you get sorted

Yeah I didn't think they would be. I'm hoping it's the genital warts maybe! So I'm continuing to put the cream on it and the thrush cream to help hopefully. Thanks so much to u both for ur help. I'm glad I've found this community

Hi the cream you use on genital warts causes a lot of irritation and soreness if it is applied to healthy skin. Make sure you apply it only to the warts and be careful with it. Don't apply more or more often than the instructions tell you.
