Herpes or just overreacting?

Hey Im really scared thinking I may have gotten herpes. I had a brief sexual encounter with another man. Our genitals touched for maybe 30 seconds. I tried to prevent the head of penis from touching His. We also masturbated each other for awhile after. Now I'm worried I may have gotten herpes. It's been 9 days now and no sores which is good I guess. But for the past five day my lower abdomen had felt cramps and just discomfort. The head of my penis is irritated but no lesions. Do you think I have herpes.? Have the predeomal symptoms been going on too long to indicate herpes so could be something else? I have no clue of the other persons status, he said he was de seas free. Thanks for any insight
