Probably too late to hep now, but for others reading this post and for you in the future.
A urine pregnancy test bough from a chemist / supermarket in the UK (that has the ("CE") mark on it, if you use your first wee of the morning is completely accurate after 3 weeks.
Ie a negative test three weeks after sex = not pregnant.
