Azithromycin and vertigo

Is it ok to continue taking Azithromycin if you experience lightheadedness and vertigo after taking it?? Im on my 3rd day at 250 mg 2x a day

My doctor told me that I need to take this for 1 month because of bacteria in my prostate. Kindly advice fast please. I need your help.
