It sounds like you've torn your 'banjo string' (frenulum). It's not that unusual, but can produce some horrendously scary results (blood... everwhere...!). Sometimes you end up in A&E getting stitches if it refuses to stop bleeding, but it sounds like you may have healed by yourself. If the tear mends itself and **doesn't happen again** then there is no need to do anything. But if it's tight, or if it tears again, or doesn't heal properly then you'll need a bit of surgery on it. Thanks for that. It's actually on the foreskin though it looks like when someone tears a bit of paper :/ i've kept it closed an it seems to be holding so may just see if it heals itself..

Okay... you're doing good if you can keep the edges held together. KEEP IT CLEAN! I would leave it well alone until properly healed (or lots of lube and take it gently) - it's worth avoiding tearing it again because you don't want stitches/surgery. When u think it's healed properly make sure (VERY CAREFULLY) ur foreskin rolls back OK to make sure it's not going to tear in the heat of the moment... Good luck...
