When are you ment to get a midwife

I'm 13 weeks and only had 1 phone call with a midwife lodes of people who I know who are earlier than me have seen a midwife (face to face) am I just having back luck and what do I do about it I'm worried as it is my 1st pregnancy and I want everything to go good but the hospital seems useless 😔

I didn’t meet my midwife until 20 weeks even then shes not my actual midwife shes just covering 😒

I dont think thats the norm though I think there very stretched at the moment, if you do have any specific worries though you can always contact gp

Hey anonymous, I’m 12 weeks and have only seen a midwife once too!! She said I wouldn’t see her again until 28 weeks!!! Xx

Are u in the uk? I saw mine at 7w for bloods then 8w was the phone booking in then 13w was my scan at hospital then 16w is midwife app face to face then 19w scan then face to face 25w/28w next app is tomorrow 31w. I’ve also had growth scan and consultant phone app aswel.
