Baby Poo - Normal or diarrhoea **Pic Included**

Hey,

My first time posting here but just after some reassurance if this is normal poo for a formula fed baby?

My baby is 9 weeks old and hasn’t been going regularly until the last 3 days, so I’m not sure if this is normal as his are usually more “paste” like and bigger due to him storing up if you like! lol.

He had his jabs last Wednesday (10th) would this cause this? The nurse did say he could have explosive poo but again as he doesn’t go often I wondered if it’s only coming out now?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Hi

That’s diarrhoea... it’s too watery...

we had exactly that two weeks ago after changing my then 4 week old to formula.

If this persists call your gp.

After 48hrs My GP then told me to go to A&E which they found baby had lost lots of fluid.

I hope this isn’t the case for you but keep a eye on it.

Best of luck

Hi

It’s alittle too watery but mine got it sometimes and it last just for one or two days! I think it is ok but would ask your GP to make a realief!
