Hi all, I’m trying to understand myself and help my family to understand me better. I read all the articles and I have most of the known indicators but struggling to help myself can you help me? I feel lonely but I’m not alone, noises, interactions I find quite anxiety provoking.

Have you got an ASD diagnosis and if so, do you have any local support? It can feel quite lonely trying to work things out on our own and sometimes, checking out what's in the local area can help.
