Sunflower lanyard scheme

Hi, I’m self-diagnosed as autistic (currently on the NHS waiting list for formal diagnosis)

Are there any other self-diagnosed autistic people here that use the sunflower hidden disability scheme for their autism?

I am considering using one for shopping as it is a stressful environment for me, especially with the shop alone rules at the moment and figure it may be helpful

But since I don’t have the formal diagnosis I don’t know if I qualify for using one.

Any advice would be great

Thank you!

Don't worry about if you have a formal diagnosis or not. If it makes you feel more comfortable then absolutely go ahead and use one. 😊
