Does anyone know what would could be going on with me? I get so hot so easily when I wake up in the morning I feel so hot and my legs and back feel very sticky; which is crazy because even in the winter I wear a tank top and shorts to bed and have my fans on and my mom told me they never turn the heater on. So, I don’t know if it’s due to my bed sheets because sometimes I’ll have it cover my face while I’m sleeping or have pillows on top of me. And I feel super hot and sticky even my hair feels that day when I have my pillows on me because I can’t sleep without something on me. I also usually eat just tank tops or jeans in the winter and if it’s raining just that plus a lightweight sweatshirt. Does anyone know what might cause this? Any advice?
