does anyone else struggle to travel like myself feeling scared & anxious that you cant produce the right words from your vocabulary to help you get to your destination If flying I always book with assistant just to stay on safe side. I also find when I get to customs/passport control I feel anxious, anxiety & feel like crying sometimes as the pain of waiting in queues makes me feel like im been interigated by officers of the law yes there safe but they should scare me but yet I feel scared & upset..

I've never been on an airplane. I know that car accidents happen more often than plane crashes, but it still scares the crap out of me. I do get really anxious when it comes to going on a trip even if it's someplace relatively close. Travelling causes a lot of anxiety for me. I always feel like I'm going to be late. Another thing that is frustrating to me is when I plan everything (down to when I have to walk out the door) and something gets in the way of that goal.

the furthest I've traveled so far is Malta & Florida from UK I've been to Spain & Majorca & Ibiza. But I've booked a holiday to Egypt in January & it always makes me nervous going to an airport as customs officers make me feel uncomfortable I cant travel on my own otherwise I be lost in matter of seconds so I always get travel with assits but even leaving my humble home on the isle of man is a struggle when I'm ok getting the boat to the UK but once in UK I feel lost I once took a train from Liverpool & ended up in London then got another train towards my destination & got lost again when train ended in Scotland when I was trying to get to Wigan.
