Hi Wendygirl!

I haven't been diagnosed specifically with Gluten Ataxia but found that reducing

the amount of gluten, sugar and yeasty things from my diet has definitely improved

my sense of wellbeing. My digestive system is less bothersome, and the awful

'fuzzy muggy head' is hopefully a thing of the past!

Hi Wendygirl

Unless you have a gluten ataxia there is no evidence that a gluten free diet will help your CA. But as wobblybee suggested above there it may be that being on a gluten free diet, while not having a direct effect on your CA, may make you feel generally better.
