does anyone have trouble with their feet my toes seem to be curling up

The physical aspects of my feet are fine but they do get very cold easily. Its the same with my fingers.

Hi gossy

Good foot care and hygiene is essential in ataxia. It sounds like you might benefit from seeing a chiropodist to make sure you are properly looking after your feet and give advice on proper foot care, and also seeing an orthotist who would make inserts for your shoes (called orthotics) to support and correct the deformity of your foot as much as possible.
