Hello HarryB

I do not know of any complementary/alternative therapies that work.Oh that I did!!!. Exercise is good it helps to keep you supple but won't make the condition go away.

I agree on the exercise and dancing.

I have bored you before about how I take organic turmeric instead of Baclofen (see blog). It would be interesting to know if it works for anyone else who has problems with cramp.

I did find this a few years ago. It is from 2007, so may be out of date. I cannot find a newer version, but it gives suggestions for supplements that MIGHT work. Go to page 4
