Should we have 'latest posts' indicators somewhere on the home page?

I think it would be helpful if there were some kind of pointers on the home page of the site to indicate the most recent posts. I usually get confussed as to who posted to who and when.

Thanks for your question. The most recent blogs and questions are on the tops of the lists on the homepage. Do you mean you would like the most recent comment on a blog or answer to a question highlighted on the homepage, even if you didn't post the original blog or question? If I have got you right I agree with you. However I am not sure if and how this can be done. I will look into it further.

In the meantime have you set up your e-mail notifications under 'Account' on the top right of the page? You can arrange to be sent an e-mail when someone comments on or answers a blog or question that you have written, if a new blog/question poll is posted and if someone sends you a private message.

Yes Harriet, thats exactly what I meant (most recent comment on blog or answer). I just didn''t come accross very well in my question. A 'latest activity' headline/highlight on the home page stating who was last on the site to post a blog, question, message or whatever. I think this would keep people well informed on immediate updates and keep them interested on whats going on.
