Trouble with family

Hi my grown up children are having lots ot trouble understang this antakia in fact i am becoming a nuisance i have fallen and finnished in hospital 3 times in 2 months i thought my Kids was the most solidaire Kids you could ever have ! Last week i did a faux mouvement ended up stick at thé bottom of thé bottom of thé staires between à closed door and washind machine i wont go into détails but i managed to contact thé ambulance i d put my hip out ,its very upsetting to come to turcs with ! I already have à fractured back ! Anyone else expérience this problem Ps how can i add one of my grown up Kids on this group
