If all people are pushed onto bicycles and public transport what will then happen to people like me who cannot ride a bike and public transport is too far away and very limited?

If the law mandates access to all public places for handicapped people but they cannot get there, then what?

I'm sure there would be exceptions for some. If you had either a mobility scooter or wheelchair then you should be able to reach a bus stop and enter the bus via their wheelchair ramp. Other than that then maybe phone for an albeit more expensive taxi.
