Hi folks
I am 31, have sca3 and am 15 weeks pregnant. I’m unsteady , with slight balance issues. I still work but I’m concerned with how my balance will be affected by my growing bump.
Has anyone been in the same position?

Granddaughter was same age when she had her son. She was very wobbly but really just had to be careful especially up and down steps. Now baby is two and runs very fast so gates need to be locked. We have SCA 42 in four generations.
All the best from New Zealand
What about after the birth, when the baby needs to be carried safely?
Sammy advises she" definitely found balance issues etc hard but pretty sure that happens with pregnancy anyway!I personally found it harder after I had given birth but found keeping as mobile as you can helps your body get back into the swing of things.
It's normal for pregnant people to waddle definite."
Sammy has 7 sisters and many nephews and nieces to compare pregnancies.
