Ataxia has taken a lot from me but you know what I don’t care one little bit because it cannot take away the most important things in my life.
Just get on with it and live your life 😊

Aup Paul ataxia is such a cruel illness it’s having a good go at me I’ve never known anything like it.
You my friend have given so much to so many in everything you have done and can be proud of that. We’ll take the knock’s and we’ll bite down on our chin strap and keep marching on one step or crawl at a time. NO SURRENDER!!
Congrats, Paula's you are absolutely right.I have very bad ataxia from my cerebellum stroke. The ataxia does not appear until 9 months later.
What I have learned to control ataxia is putting pressure on ataxia hands , when you sit, watch TV, brush teeth , anytime you see you can push down the ataxia hand. I also lift weight and control the weight so it will not shake, control the hand when you're lowering the land with weight slowly.
It is not an immediate change, you will notice that the shaking hand slows down
Every move you make on the ataxia hand, do I with control and slower motion. .
I have done this for 3 years and it calms my ataxia by 80%
I am still working on it until it is back to 95% - 100%
Yes i agréé 🙂
