Alternative Therapies

I have an appointment with my geneticist next month when I will get blood tests, which I’m almost certain will result in a diagnosis of SCA 6 as there is history in my family on mother’s side, and I am symptomatic.

Has anybody found any alternative therapy that has helped in any small way?
