Hi, I wear socks in bed - I've been told that compression socks would be better. Does anyone use them and would you recommend them? Thanks

🙂 I wear normal socks..my feet tend to get cold and irritable and this stops me dropping off to sleep
What about compression socks? Avoid wearing compression socks at night unless prescribed by your doctor. Even though they're known to improve circulation by increasing blood flow, they aren't meant to be worn to bed. Compression socks move blood flow away from your feet and may block blood flow when you're lying down.

It helps with venous return when your circulation isn't all it should be, or if you have bad varicose veins. I wear them.

Something that I found ideal for cold feet in bed: electric blanket—I turn it on just before I brush my teeth. Works a treat!
