Some people mentioned using the Nilotinib/Tasigna off label. Can anyone help me figure out how and where to get it cheap and safe. I like to try it. I heard it’s helpful for SCA patients. You can pm if you want to stay anonymous. Please help.

There has been a study done of Nilotinib Tasigna re Ataxia on clinicaltrials.gov....the study is complete but no results were published.
